The project
Dear readers!
We are three friends with a crazy mission; to get around the world for free! We cannot pay for either food, accommodation, nor travel, and the only way for us to get somewhere and ease our hunger is for you to help us out.
The only rule is that we can´t use any money to get what we need, so the only thing we have to offer to those we meet, is ourselves. This ofcourse mean we can help out with anything that needs helping out with.
We are totally dependent on the hospitality of those we meet on the way, but in the most dire of needs with no help around we atleast have a small tent, a fishingrod and plenty of good spirit.
Since there have been some of you who have questioned our intensions we feel obliged to expand our presentation somewhat. Ofcourse opinions can always differ, so we don´t ecpect everyone to agree with what we do.
One of the main reasons for this journey is to open up a discussion about how we alienate ourselves from the responsibility we have towards others. In times as dire as this, after economical crisis, wars and barriers of prejudice between people, we wish to bring forth that with the help of others you can get far. Instead of building up fences where the issue of money governs all, we cross the borders of what you "can" do by casting money aside, and instead put trust into the PEOPLE.
This show isn´t about us, but about You. About everyone. The simple person, the lone individual, and the power we hold as one.
Follow our journey around the world, and if you want to aid us on our way, contact us at either doingtheworld@gmail.com or any of the below:
